Name of End User（最终用户的名称） 　　
Scope of supply 产品用途 　　
General arrangement drawing and diagrams 总装图 　　
Product data sheets and specification 产品规格表 　　
Certification requirements if known by your client (one-off GOST R/GOST K/GOST U/etc, one-off FSETAN-ex GGTN/GGTN K/etc, 3 years type GOST R/GOST K/GOST U/etc, 3 years type FSETAN/GGTN K etc) 出口地区、单批次认证，1年，3年期限（3年证书要每年工厂审查）
